The Mission of the corporation is to promote amending the United States Constitution, primarily to improve the functionality of Congress. This will be done by using websites, Twitter, Facebook, other social media, public speaking, e-mails, and other forms of promotion to obtain a high level of grass-roots support. There will be coordination with other organizations that have related interests. Contact will be made with the legislatures of the fifty states to encourage them to make applications for a constitutional convention. All donations will be used to support these activities.

It is anticipated that donations will be used within three months of receipt. Donations are nonrefundable. Your donation is not tax deductible because we want to concentrate on our mission without worrying about the fine line of whether contacts with state legislators and federal congresspersons might not be permitted under the rules for nonprofits.
